We're making an effort to make summer camp easier to register for by giving you an option to download all the forms you'll need right from our website. To register for summer camp, you must have an enrollment application on file with us. You can submit it along with the registration form and a completed copy of each of the forms below. A $100 deposit is due with the reservation request for each week you request. These forms will be posted by the end of January at the latest.
