Apartments have one or two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Sixteen of these units make up The Meadows, a set of four one-story buildings with a central garden area. Each unit has a patio and parking space.
The other units are in a two-story building with an elevator. Each has a balcony or patio and access to parking. Some have views of the pond and fountain, while others face the lovely courtyard.
Residents have the option to choose from a number of meal plans and can participate in activities.
If care is needed, the apartment resident arranges for services through an approved agency or individual. Although residents in this type of accommodation live very independently, help is close at hand and offered in case of emergency.
