These employees clean and sort fire extinguisher parts for Cintas Corporation. They use organic products to clean valves and then return the parts to the manufacturer. Cintas chose this green alternative to save production costs and provide our residents with meaningful work.

Work Center

Inspiration Ministries began as a place of employment for adults with disabilities, and work remains a central feature of life at Inspiration Ministries. The Work Center, located on the Inspiration Ministries campus, was completed in 1962. Since then, companies from southeastern Wisconsin, northern Illinois and beyond have come to know that they can count on the Work Center for excellent quality work and on-time delivery.

The Work Center is a sheltered workshop, which means that we set up work tasks to meet the unique parameters of each project and the unique abilities of each employee.

All jobs are time studied and workers are paid based on productivity. Paychecks reflect growing work skills, and enable our residents to pay bills and enjoy leisure activities, too.
