John 6:35 - Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." From this verse comes a reminder that the Lord takes care of all of our human needs, and he regularly uses people like you and me to do that.

In 2008, the ministry must give away more than $200,000 to needy residents. The cost of food, nursing care, housing, plus other expenses can often exceed what residents can afford to pay even though we charge about 50% less than other similar facilities.

Even with disability, social security, government funding, and other personal income, clients often come up short. As a ministry, we are dedicated to helping make ends meet for these needy people.

$175 is the average amount a resident might use in financial assistance each month.
