GiveFirst to IM!
This is often such a busy time of year with Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday and so on. As you reflect on what you are thankful for during this season, would you remember the community at Inspiration Ministries and consider putting giving first…and making your first gift to the residents at Inspiration Ministries?
The daily lives and routines of the residents at IM have been significantly impacted this year. Without engagement in the community or volunteers serving in the facility this year, there has been a reduction in the activities and events that add joy, richness and purpose for the residents. The facility remains on lockdown, and since mid-March, all off-campus activities have halted.
The staff has worked around-the-clock to care for the 70 residents who live at Inspiration Ministries. As time goes by and the holiday season approaches, it has become increasingly important that special opportunities and activities are provided to engage the residents and keep morale up. Many of them may not be able to participate in their normal holiday activities or gather with their families as they would every other year.
This year we have set a big goal for online donations as part of our #GiveFirst effort. All support raised as part of #GiveFirst between now and the end of the month will help make the holidays extra special for our residents. Our goal is to raise $8000. Would you please consider making a donation to help spread hope and joy to the residents that call Inspiration Ministries home?
All donations received through our #GiveFirsttoIM campaign will allow us to spread Christmas cheer and make this holiday season extra special for our residents.
