Steve has a strong background in disability ministry, having served as Executive Director of Inspiration Ministries (1987–1991) and International Ministries Director at Joni and Friends (1992–1996). His background is diverse, having additionally worked as an administrator at Faith Christian School and as an investment advisor.  A founding board member of the Christian Council on Persons with Disabilities, Steve has long been committed to advocating for this special population.  Steve has held board roles with organizations such as Faith Christian School, Barnabas International, Agape House, and Open Arms Free Clinic.

Dan Krzysik serves as a Board Member for Inspiration Ministries, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on long-term care, hospice, and dialysis. He currently holds the role of Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care, where he oversees clinical operations, P&L management, and contract negotiations across a multi-state region. Dan has served on numerous operational steering committees, sponsored key organizational initiatives, and mentors new leaders within DaVita as a faculty member for leadership development. His commitment to excellence in clinical care and strategic execution is further reflected in his service on the RN Advisory Board at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Dan’s connection to Inspiration Ministries is deeply personal. As the brother of a sibling with Down Syndrome and the father of a young son with disabilities, he brings a profound empathy and sense of purpose. His faith is the cornerstone of his leadership philosophy, believing that God calls each of us to use our gifts in service to others. He holds an MBA, a BBM, and an ADN in Nursing, and is a licensed RN with certifications in hospice and palliative care. Outside of his professional role, Dan volunteers with I.C. Stars and co-leads a support group for parents and caregivers of children with autism at Brooklife Church in Mukwonago, WI. Through his service on the board, Dan hopes to be used by God to further the mission, and expand impact.

Cheryl Wolff serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Inspiration Ministries and is a member of the Executive Committee. A retired healthcare leader and Registered Nurse, she brings decades of experience in clinical nursing, hospital operations, and regulatory quality management. Cheryl has held leadership roles in both tertiary and clinic settings, where she led quality improvement initiatives, launched a cardiology clinic, and implemented LEAN strategies resulting in multi-million-dollar operational and capital savings. Her work has contributed to multiple citation-free State and Joint Commission surveys over a 10-year span—evidence of her strategic insight and commitment to excellence.

Grounded in faith, Cheryl’s leadership is marked by discernment, humility, and compassion. She is deeply committed to upholding quality and dignity in care while helping ensure Inspiration Ministries remains aligned with its Christ-centered mission. Outside her board service, she actively volunteers with several ministries, including Brooklife Church, Bridge Builders, and Agape House.

Lynn Crawford serves as a Board Member for Inspiration Ministries, bringing more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership shaped by his long career with Xerox Corporation and IKON. At Xerox, he advanced from Financial Analyst to Customer Business Unit Controller for Xerox of Illinois, gaining extensive experience in expense management, profit planning, revenue growth, and customer relations across branch, regional, and headquarters roles. He later served as Director of Financial Operations for IKON’s Chicago/Wisconsin operations, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets and partnering closely with sales and service teams to strengthen performance. A U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam era with deployments aboard the U.S.S. Seattle, Lynn’s leadership is grounded in discipline, integrity, and a lifelong commitment to service. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Grove City College and was inducted into the college’s Athletic Hall of Fame, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Lynn and his wife, Ann, live in Lake Geneva, where their daughter, Caroline (Carrie), participates in Inspiration Ministries’ Adult Day Services program. Lynn serves on the Finance Committee and Golf Committee, applying his financial expertise to support IM’s mission. A longtime volunteer with Special Olympics in Illinois and Wisconsin, he is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and helping foster a culture of dignity, compassion, and Christ-centered care. Married for 55 years, Lynn and Ann have three adult children, two grandchildren, and are active members of Calvary Community Church.

Michael Dustman serves as a dedicated Board Member of Inspiration Ministries, currently in his fourth year of service and actively contributing through the Governance & Organizational Health Committee. With a rich background in hospitality and sales, Michael has held senior leadership positions at several major resorts and hotels, including Director roles at the Omni International Hotel, Americana Lake Geneva and others. He also spent 25 years as Vice President of Sales at Bergamot – The Fine Art Foundry. His organizational strengths, attention to detail, and deep experience in team dynamics and marketing have proven invaluable across his leadership roles. In the nonprofit space, Michael has served as President of the Geneva Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for Kisses From Keegan (a pediatric cancer foundation), and as a long-time church elder and budget manager. He also led a weekly jail ministry and continues to mentor men through faith-based retreats.

Michael’s journey with Inspiration Ministries began with a personal connection to its mission through Inspired Coffee and his involvement in retreats at the ministry’s retreat center. Coming to faith at age 50, Michael brings a powerful personal testimony shaped by transformation, spiritual growth, and service. His experience as a lay leader, speaker at Tres Dias men’s retreats, and advocate for Celebrate Recovery has equipped him with a unique voice that resonates with those exploring faith later in life. Known for his candid, faith-rooted perspective and sense of humor, Michael is deeply committed to advancing the Gospel through relational authenticity and servant leadership. With a BA from Bowling Green State University and a Certified Hotel Sales Executive designation, he continues to contribute energy, insight, and spiritual depth to the Board’s work.

Shane Fell serves as a dedicated Board Member for Inspiration Ministries, bringing over 20 years of leadership in marketing, digital strategy, and website development. He is the Co-Founder and Owner of LimeGlow Design LLC, a digital agency that partners with small businesses and non-profits to deliver impactful branding and web solutions. Prior to launching LimeGlow in 2016 with his wife, Andrea, Shane served as Vice President of Business Development at Top Floor Technologies, where he played a key role in driving long-term growth and client engagement for more than a decade. He has also spoken at numerous conferences on digital marketing and communication strategy.

Shane’s faith deeply influences every aspect of his life and leadership, inspiring him to lead with a servant’s heart and to prayerfully approach each decision. He is passionate about reflecting Christ’s love through his actions and is humbled by God’s grace in choosing to use him for Kingdom work. Shane has long admired the mission of Inspiration Ministries and is honored to serve an organization that shares the Gospel while providing compassionate care to adults with disabilities. He and Andrea are active leaders at Elmbrook Church, where they lead a Life Group and previously helped launch a young couples ministry. On the board, Shane offers strategic insight and hands-on support in marketing and website development — having helped build the IM and Inspired Coffee websites — and enjoys volunteering at ministry events. He also serves on the board of Couples on Wheels, a Wisconsin-based tandem cycling club, where he combines his love of connection and community with his passion for service.

Lynn Hummel serves faithfully on the Board of Directors for Inspiration Ministries, bringing a heartfelt and personal connection to the organization’s mission. As the parent of a resident, Lynn’s insight into the needs and value of individuals with disabilities is both personal and deeply rooted in faith. Her leadership is guided by a desire to uplift and support the lives of those served by the ministry, with a strong emphasis on humility, compassion, and Gospel-centered decision-making. Lynn has also contributed to Christian education and spiritual development through her prior service on a Christian school board and as a deaconess in her church.

In addition to raising three children and supporting her husband in their family business, Lynn actively volunteers at Inspiration Ministries and leads Bible studies at her church. Her love for God’s Word and natural ability to encourage others reflect her passion for ministry and people. With a vibrant, outgoing personality and a deep commitment to prayerful leadership, Lynn brings relational strength and spiritual depth to the board. She sees every individual as made in God’s image and seeks to help the ministry thrive by championing its mission and fostering a culture of dignity, faith, and joy.

Justin brings both an entrepreneurial spirit and a storyteller’s heart to the Inspiration Ministries Board, and a focus on mission and vision.  He and his wife co-founded Upload Partners, a live-streaming and video production company, and he’s also part of the family business, American Laser Mark, which serves industries like aerospace and medical devices. Justin volunteers in a tech role at Great Lakes Church and has loved helping IM’s Marketing Committee create videos that showcase the ministry’s impact.  Justin is father to a 14-year-old son with autism.  He is passionate about creating opportunities for people with disabilities and is excited to use his skills in storytelling, vision casting, and leadership to support IM as a Board member.

Gary and his family own and operate Meisner Aircraft, a jet sales and acquisition company.  He’s served for many years as a Board Member of Lake Geneva Ministries, the parent organization over Lake Geneva Youth Camp and Conference Point Center.  Inspiration Ministries holds a special place in his heart.  His niece, Jani Gregornik, is an IM resident and trainee at Inspired, and his brother, Billy Meisner, enjoyed summers at IM’s camps. Gary is an entrepreneur, is dedicated to helping others, and has a heartfelt love for people with special needs.

Aaron Zorn serves on the Board of Directors for Inspiration Ministries, bringing over 20 years of leadership in ministry, education, and nonprofit service. He is the Associate Pastor at Grace Church in Walworth, Wisconsin, where he oversees care ministries, provides counseling and discipleship, preaches, and leads worship weekly. Prior to pastoral ministry, Aaron spent 15 years as a teacher and two years as an assistant principal at Lake Geneva Middle School. He holds a Master of Divinity and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, equipping him with both theological depth and practical leadership skills.

Aaron has a long-standing connection to Inspiration Ministries, having led chapel services, mentored residents, and supported the ministry’s mission over the years.  He has served on the elder board at Grace Church for six years and played a key role in expanding Safe Families for Children across Wisconsin. Together with his wife, Nicole, and their seven children, Aaron has welcomed over 100 individuals into their home. He also serves with The Jamison Group, which provides professional support for nonprofits and ministries, extending his impact by equipping gospel-centered organizations with strategic guidance and encouragement. Grounded in the belief that all people are created in God’s image and worthy of care, Aaron brings a shepherd’s heart and gospel-centered perspective to his board service, helping ensure that Inspiration Ministries continues to make and mature disciples in Christ.
